The European Commission (EC) has accused French pharmaceutical company Les Laboratoires Servier and Servier SAS (together "Servier") of breaching EU antitrust rules. The EC said it had evidence that Servier provided "misleading and incorrect information in reply to a request for information in the context of the pharmaceutical sector inquiry."
